If former AG, William Barr, was to receive a subpoena to testify before the Select Committee in the House or the Judiciary Committee in the Senate, would he refuse the subpoena? I'm not sure that he would?
How much information would he volunteer if he were to show up? Would he say whether or not he felt pressured to call the election a fraud? Would he say whether or not he had a conversation with the Acting AG, Jeffrey Rosen, who took his place as head of the Justice Dept?
Would he continue to defend Donald Trump?
Should the questions directed to him be simple "yes" or "no" responses?
Nobody knows if Trump was going to fire him if he hadn't resigned? Why did he resign? Was he asked to lie for Donald Trump?
How much information could Bill Barr give the Committee?

(7,410 posts)Other testimony indicates that he knew what was about to hit the fan. Let's here from the creep, and while they're at it, they can ask why it was that Barr visited with Epstein just before he was suicided.

(110,947 posts)That is why "yes" or "no" questions might be more effective? (We know by the manner which he responded to Kamala's questions, that he does not want to commit perjury)

Why did he resign?
What was 45 plotting that Barr couldn't be a part of?
Perhaps the GQP 1/6 capitol tour and insurrection?
I've been wanting to hear from Barr since that day.

(2,559 posts)to increase the power of the Presidency, I don't think he will take part in an effort to limit that power to the laws.

(110,947 posts)...and he would be under oath and subject to perjury laws.
Does that not matter any more?

(24,103 posts)I dont remember...To the best of my knowledge...Not that I recall...I'm not exactly sure...
Remember him responding to Kamala Harris at his confirmation hearings? The man knows how to speak for two minutes and not answer the question and say nothing that can be proven an outright lie.
