Landon Copeland said Donald Trump "ordered" crowd to be at Capitol, per feds

Flagging this footnote in new motion by federal prosecutors to hold Jan 6 defendant Landon Copeland in jail til trial ====>

(Copeland said Donald Trump "ordered" crowd to be at Capitol, per feds)

The “unicorn” Jan 6 case of Landon Copeland….And why the feds just referenced “Fox News” & “the former President” in his case. My latest reporting ===>

It's been a given for a long time that many insurrection's argument is "we followed Trump's orders" Hugh_Lebowski Aug 2021 #1

I'm the last guy to defend T***p, but the POTUS has no authority to order civilians to do anything.
So, orders aren't orders without force of authority.
Maybe encouraging the march on the Capitol can be used to show culpability, but he didn't order anybody to do anything.
These guys are just using this to dodge their own guilt & responsibility for their traitorous actions.

I'm sure there are legal nuances between what trump said and what the terrorists inferred.

to do anything. But the enthralled may believe he has the authority, or (more likely) are so under his sway that they follow him without thinking. Either way, it does establish some culpability on Trump's part. How much is an open question. If dozens of people say the same thing, that lends weight to the charge.

@MuellerSheWrote believes Garland is doing exactly that, lining up plea deals for those willing to finger Trump, in order to establish a conspiracy. Worth watching for.

I see the same violent sick fuck domestic terrorist that I saw over and over and over on 1/6. This one just got caught and continues to shoot his mouth off. They are all the same they either attacked the cops or created the atmosphere that allowed the attack to happen. They tried to stop the electoral college count they are terrorists and they can go fuck themselves. I hope the sentences get longer and the conditions in jail suck for them.

They were all domestic terrorists every single one of them.
