MORE: Memphis border protection officers said the cards had 'typos, unfinished words & misspelled some of the Spanish verbiage on the back.' Officers also said the package was imported by a non-CDC or medical entity & this was not the first time they had seen this shipper. @wdsu

8. Yes. Memphis is at least on the Mississippi, always a river port.

The infrastructure bill will help build more of the INLAND ports that are planned, which will have many efficiencies including mitigation of climate effects. We have one coming to our county in North Georgia, bringing goods via rail to and from the Port of Savannah. Hadn't thought of the CBP presence it'll also bring.

10. Those idiots who will buy these fake cards, pass them off as 'real', in effect, are harming...

governmental and private efforts to rein in the spread of COVID, kind of like using a fake ID to buy alcohol if you're underage, or claiming that you have college credits for courses you never took and claim that you're a doctor or some other job category (most businesses will fire a person for claiming false entries on a resume).

The public is being harmed by this sidestepping of company and/or governmental rules on vaccinations. Those that willingly do so, should face some pretty serious criminal time as they risked the lives and health of everyone around them who buy these fake cards (again, innocent victims). Until everyone is vaccinated, we must be cautious, careful in what others claim around us too.

I predict that folks must one day, when they apply for a job or some other field, will have to take an antibody/antigen test because of this abuse.
