I recall a great deal of attention paid to the bullshit Trump and republicans were spewing about Hunter prior to the election.

There are those who I would occasionally depend on in a pinch. I won't be calling on them ever again.

From the beginning with the "greatest inaugural crowd of all time" and going into
"alternate facts" and the endless "fake news", truth was gradually murdered ala
Geobbels. In the press conferences and speeches by trump, everything was a lie.
The Washington Post started counting them and reached over 30,500 or 21 per day.
Yet his cult believed the lies. Truth was given the death of a thousand cuts.
That's when I started losing friends--there was no common facts to hold onto to have
any rational discussions with people. They would say my words were a lie, and I would
say their words were a lie. It sucked. Reality blurred, and it still is for so many.
