Polk County towing company owner who killed customer accused of predatory towing; arrested

1. tow truck company employees scouring mobile home park car ports with flashlights at 11:30pm. when they find a car without a sticker on it, they tow it.
2. owners came out with sticker but they still towed the car away
3. next day owners show up at lot and pay $300 for car.
4. Employees find car in back with dead battery.
5. Employees call owners... owners arrive and try to charge car owner with additional fee to have car with dead battery brought to front.
6. Car owner mows down brother of owner
7. as car owner exits vehicle, tow truck owner shoots him in back of head (claiming "stand your ground", but sheriff doesn't accept this claim).
8. tow trucker owners arrested for 2nd degree murder, towing cars from more than 10 miles away, not telling owners that for 1/2 price they can stop the tow before it happens

Here in California they work with cops to tow as many cars as possible and get kickbacks in return

10. "Agressive towing company" That is just capitalism in action!

Most people in Polk County today are sayin' the obvious solution to this problem is that guy should have had a gun to defend himself and we could have had a good old OK Corral shootout.
