I just saw something elsewhere that showed a picture of the C-130 in Afghanistan.
Well, it showed two pictures for comparison. One was photoshopped, one was not.
Apparently, this is "proof" that the C-130 being shown by the media is an "inflatable dummy plane".
Now, that didn't bother me so much, until I read this thing a little deeper, and the comments (if they are indeed comments from real people and not BOTS) indicate that HUNDREDS of people believe that the C-130 was a dummy inflatable plane. Come to think of it, I think a good portion of the comments were NOT from BOTS. I know this because I was lurking a piece of shit's page on a piece of shit website (under someone else's account with their permission), and I know for a fact that many of the comments were from real people that live in my general area.

Like with so many other fucked up beliefs by these types of individuals, they don't really mention "why" they think someone would stage this whole thing by using a dummy C-130, only that it "is" a dummy" C-130.
So, my only comment to my wife us "Uh, tell me, how do you fix shit like this"?
She just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't see how you can without some kind of mass deprogramming".
To me, this is serious, Jim Jones type of brainwashing. And it's all over, this is just one example. There is a difference between these people, and the Jim Jones followers though. I do not believe that Jones' followers were necessarily stupid. They were perhaps looking for something else in life, and they were gullible, but they were not dead stupid in general.
The people I talk about above? Gullible, dumber than a box of dicks, and mean/belligerent. And there's millions of them.
And this is what worries me the most. Because with so many of these people, it is very difficult to accomplish positive things on a national level.
This, in my opinion, is the worst part of TFG's legacy. They already had years of brainwashing by Fox, and Rush, and then along came TFG. If you remember, one of the first idiotic things he kept repeating was "fake news". Fake news, repeated over and over and over. Pretty soon, these people started believing everything is fake.
Now, every single thing is a conspiracy, and JFK Jr. is alive because someone saw him in a 7-11. And these people think that they are doing their "research" by believing everything that is put in front of their eyeballs. They are "patriots" who "research the truth".
And yes, i know that there are more rational people than there are of those people discussed above, but there's too many of the insane ones, and they cause big ass problems. And the sites that publish this shit cause big ass problems.
I wish I was smart enough to come up with a solution, but there are plenty of smart people in this country who might have some ideas on how to fix this in a legal and constitutional manner.
