BREAKING Maricopa County Board votes unanimously to file notice of claim against Arizona State Senate for $2.8 million cost of replacing election equipment handed over to Cyber Ninjas. Senate Prez Fann agreed to indemnify county before receiving eqpt in April.

WHAT'S A 'NOTICE OF CLAIM'? Under AZ law, financial claims against public entity start with notice of claim, not lawsuit. The entity, in this case AZ Senate, has 60 days to respond after claim filed. If no settlement of claim, filer can sue.

personally I would think the GOP Senators need to start coughing it up...like that would happen.

Real answer: socialize the consequences of a partisan propaganda campaign to the tax payers.
