They can just go to the end of the line. Why should a heart attack patient, say, get denied a bed on account of a COVID denier? That is triage.

It’s all on them if they get sick. Yes, I am — unapologetically — harsh. They are a huge reason why we’ve taken 10,000 steps back since spring and why we cannot get a handle on this plague. They can wait their turn for care.

EDIT: An exception should be made for those kids and others who can’t get vaxxed. But they are a minority compared to those who brag about not getting vaxxed and then want all the care in the world when they do get sick. I’m over them.
