I mean... if there's a more open and shut case in the history of insider trading I don't know what it is... she was buying up stock in PPE companies before the pandemic broke out here using her knowledge from senate intelligence briefings.......
does she just walk away from that? The only article i found about here was in june CNN reported she was considering running for Senate again!!! Are you kidding??? She should be in prison!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For congress people. I think for their staffs as well.
It was legal for a long time, then was made illegal (in the 90s iirc) But not long after that it was made legal again.
