The Taliban were able to outlast the U.S. Army. A few rogue Afghan citizens are like flies to them.

3. would've been better to try this when they still had weapons

yeah they should be underground right now and stashing weapons. not real smart, theyll get snuffed out quick. they should've done this before they handed all of U.S weaponry to the Taliban Also if civil war breaks out expect Russia and China to support Taliban. They support stability above all else.
