Biden was not handcuffed by it. It is entirely possible and intellectually honest to say that Trump signed a fucked up deal, but Biden made the choice to go through with it.

criticizing Biden now (the GQP) do not want Afghans to come to the US. So the GQP can STFU, in my opinion.
