Dr. Mike* (Osterholm) on Morning Joe this am. "Either get vaccinated or the virus will find you."

He was a blunt as he could be saying the virus doesn't care about your race, age, income, and so on because
everybody in America has a choice get the vaccine or you will get the disease.

and have wondered, ever since he said that, why so many events that happen don't seem to have the consequences of Delta finding them. Just curious - not malice - just a healthy curiosity about that. Are there that many people who are asymptomatic carriers?

... nut jobs and their like spew what I think is Russian pushed misinformation about what should be
a straight forward medical and public health science problem instead of listening to real experts like
Doctors Mike, Fauci and Walensky.

Let 'em die because by not getting the vaccine they are spreading the disease.

emergencies and elective surgeries. Of the other 50% priority should go to breakthrough cases IE those who took the time to get vaccinated and immuno compromised. Then the bottom of the list should be those who had no underlying conditions but refused to get vaccinated.

Outside transmission is pretty slim to nil. I don't know what the rates are for indoor events, though the Foo Fighters don't seem to have any problems. I presume that's because they are mandating vaccination status at their events.

... rate, and they had a thunderstorm and high humidity so the virus could just hang
out in the air at the perfect height to be breathed in.

It was a perfect super spreader event.

I dunno... it's hard to explain then. But I think it does show that vaccines work when mandates are present, and if you don't get vaccinated you're screwed.

... rally and catch the disease and in a some cases it will be asymptomatic but you can still spread the virus
to others who might come down with real sicknesses. Not too long ago you had people in places like Cullman,
AL lined up to get their polio vaccinations and the disease went away. But we had 2.5 generations of Americans
since Reagan got rid of the fairness doctrine, the rise of dumb fuck Christian Evangelicals, a decline in education
and reading so you get a cow pasture full of idiots who think science and microbiology aren't real just because
in conflicts with their believes.
