(115,670 posts)It might be a pretty effective incentive, along with the fact that if you don't vax and get covid you have to take your days off as sick/PTO days but those days are free if you're vaccinated and get a breakthrough case.

(19,038 posts)We've had a self reporting app for vaccinations, but only 65% reported they are vaccinated. The annual enrollment period starts later in September, I'm very anxious to see what they have in it. A fee for non vaccinated is absolutely needed, otherwise us vaccinated are just paying their way.
