"Look, whether a person died in a hospital or died in a nursing home, it’s -- the people died," Cuomo said, later asking, "Who cares? 33 [percent], 28 [percent], died in a hospital, died in a nursing home. They died!"

Waiting to see the results of the investigation by NYS and if any charges will be forthcoming
