Was this a third blast?

The initial attack had a suicide bomber outside an entrance, and then another bomb went off near a hotel.

Kirby said the first attack killed multiple US citizens and civilians.

The first explosion was reportedly caused by an ISIS suicide bomber detonating an explosive device, US officials told Politico.

The Taliban said the first blast has killed at least 13 people, including children. The Times has reported there have been no British casualties from the Abbey Gate explosion.

Over 30 people have been wounded by the Kabul airport attacks, with six dying on their way to Kabul’s Emergency Hospital.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been briefed on the situation and will chair a security COBRA meeting later today.

"made a deal" that removed most of the American presence in the country, enriched and reinforced the Taliban by releasing 5000 of them from prison, including their highest leaders, and announced the day the departure would happen thereby guaranteeing that the allied army would dissolve.

Given that total fuck-up, there was nothing that could have been done to make this seamless, though so far Joe has been getting it as close to seamless as possible. Well over 70,000 evacuated from the country in about a week. That's pretty impressive.

But the morons on the right will continue to think that the emotionally disturbed kid from Queens who demolished everything he has ever touched and who is really obviously just stupid, is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Also, note the guy was unable to even refer to Kamala without sexualizing and demeaning her. They broadcast their terror of women in every exchange.
