Here's some What-About-ism - chalk up 241 and 89,343 to RAYGUN alone

This is a futile attempt to prempt the wingnuts’ predictable gloating over the American deaths for their purpose to whip BIDEN. So for starters, what about RAYGUN’s dead Marines. Not to mention RAYGUN’s AIDS deaths – oh, wait, I forgot those don’t matter.

I say for starters, because we could throw in there how many of the deaths in Iraq and other places by other ReThugs, many thousands more that could be chalked up if we could determine how necessary and how valid or invalid the mission was.

Not to mention that President BIDEN's mission is both strategic in its positivity and humanitarian, while those of other administrations were plain wrong and in RAYGUN's AIDS cases downright malicious.

When four U.S. military personnel were ambushed and killed in Niger in 2017, the former guy didn't make a public statement for nearly two weeks. He broke his silence only after the widow of La David Johnson said that during his condolence call with her, he forgot her husband's name, and said that getting killed in action was what Johnson signed up for. The former guy sure had a lot to say (by tweet, of course) then!
