It perfectly describes my Republican friend. She has strong opinions on every topic under the sun and isn't afraid to share them, even if she has no freaking clue what she's talking about (which is, most of the time).

admitting that they know little to nothing on a subject is a sign of weakness. They would rather rattle off a bunch of nonsense in order to appear knowledgable than say, "I'm not sure" or "I don't know".

That had me bursting out with laughter and waking my cat at 2am. I think it is spot on because the character has such goof like characters.
