So let me get this straight: Republican legislators want to arm teachers to protect students from school shooters, but don't want teachers to wear masks to protect students from a deadly virus?

The Catholics and fundies get anti-abortion laws because Catholics are donors to the GOP.

Because Trumpers are all macho-ed up and want to own the libs, they refuse to come down on the side of public health and safety. Apparently, they think that public health and safety is a Democratic Party platform item that attacks the Trumpers and the GOP. They don't want to read the Preamble to the US Constitution. You know, the thing about "promoting the general welfare."
