the tooltip (when you hover, if you're using a mouse) says 'Share'.

Click, then choose 'Copy Link to Tweet'.

Then go to a DU message and Paste (ctrl-v), and post

Also, to get the specific tweet, you must first click on that tweet and copy its URL. If you don't click on the tweet first, you just get the home page of the person with the tweets.
