I would like to see the Federal govt. step in and get those areas back up and running really quickly. I don't know what agency of the government could take a leading role but something needs to be done to get the grid up and then some longer term planning for a hardened grid. The residents down there accept all kinds of Federal govt. assistance for flood control and they know that couldn't live there without that assistance. They will accept assistance with the grid. The only thing is that the media, including M$M, will be super critical of the Biden admin. even when the media has no reason to be that way; they will not report any positive efforts by this administration.

A Critique of Ayn Rand's Philosophy of Religion...The Gospel According To John Galt. It is a text book and a little on the pricy side. You may find a used copy. I traveled with the author a few years back and was very impressed with him.
