Biden is a rarity in American politics: a man whose family served this country in battle. Beau didn't use his dad's status as Vice President to duck serving in Iraq - no, when Biden was Veep, Beau was over in a warzone. They are the definition of a military family and their experience, especially with his sudden death, is absolutely relevant.

I am tired of the chicken-hawk right-wing dismissing the Bidens struggles when they all supported the Trumps, who didn't serve in the military a day - and Donald, who has a history of mocking our men and women in uniform.
