1. Rubio consistently says stupid things he thinks are clever.

Or else he purposefully says stupid things thinking the dumbest voters will think what he says is true.

Either way it demonstrates Rubio is not a serious person.

2. But he is the crown prince of the GOP. Notice how they protect him from

voting on thing independants and centrist Democrats would never forgive him from doing. Notice how he quit politics after Trump beat him as the GOP nominee in 2016 but Paul Ryan insisted he come back to politics. He is their centrist seemingly harmless boy President to be if Trump is stopped.
