They think that they'll just stroll out and find another good job because they overestimate how many people believe the same as them. They don't realize that almost 4 in 5 adults now has gotten at least 1 dose of the vaccine in the US. They don't realize that most managers and business owners are happy with the mandate from Biden because it gives them an excuse.

He's not going to find people who want to hire him, he's not going to be able to collect unemployment. He's likely going to have to get vaccinated if he wants to find a new job.
