1. No pussyfooting means sending a criminal referral to the DOJ regarding Trump's obstruction.

The DOJ must act. They can't piss around anymore. All eyes are on them. They have the data, they know the subjects, they need to act, and we're all waiting. They'll have to take Trump down because the nation demands it and because IT'S THEIR JOB.

2. Legally, Trump is no longer the president so he can say what he wants cause he has no real power

On the contrary, what he did when he was still president was illegal because he was the leader of the USA at the time and his words carried a much different weight than it does now.

I get an ex-president's words should carry weight but I can't see anything Trump says or does worth any weight.
