Hey.... did you notice that?

In the last year and a half a lot has happened, and most of it can be blamed on the pandemic. Regardless of the cause or blame, did you notice...?

The cost of nearly everything has gone up. Housing, food, gas, travel, computer parts, car parts, lumber, concert tickets ...

But for the most part, our income did not.

I'm no math scholar but I don't think that's a good formula for a country that already had a problem with income disparity and low wages.

Happens to me every year.

I get a cola raise of like 5 bucks on my ssi

Than my hud rent goes up or my foodstamps
Pay less. So I never get more income. Might look good on paper but every ssi cola raise is no real raise.

Pisses me off.
