Elon Musk is moving Tesla from California to Texas

When California shut down his Tesla plant early in the Covid emergency, he bitched about it being fascism. So due to California's "fascism," high taxes, and high cost of living, he's moving his company to one of the most fascist states in the country.

Musk, along with other corporate moguls who run companies located in Texas, have more leverage over Texas's politics than do countless millions of Americans. But all they care about is their own bottom line. Their attitude toward American democracy is "fuck it."

Here's how this could bite them all in the ass. What if other states follow Texas's lead in insanity and the bright red states gain full control of the government in the next three years? Do "Masters of the Universe" like Musk really believe that they'll be free to run their businesses as they see fit? If so, they know nothing about the history of what fascists do when they're in full power. Musk, and all the other moguls, will be TOLD what to do, and when and how to do it.

So you don't like California fascism, Elon? You're really going to hate the real thing. Your "fuck it" attitude will quickly swivel around to where you are the one being fucked. And you and your ilk deserve it for not doing everything you could to put stop a Nazi takeover of America.

This will actually be GREAT. Tesla workers will be imported into Texas, diluting the overly shallow gene pool. Musk will find out just how much fun it is to deal with a busted electrical grid, and he will go ballistic. This might actually cause us to get some of that fixed. His greater presence in TX will probably spill over to the Brownsville SpaceX facility, which will become more prominent, bringing in more smart non-Texans. He'll also be viewed as an outsider by the current powers that be, and they're going to start being fascist about HIS business as well - he's going to be fighting Abbott and Co soon enough.
