She did what too many Americans don't bother to do.

She'd been a fan of Hillary Clinton's for years before 2016, but her Republican stepfather tried to convince her to vote for Trump. So she read both party platforms, decided that Democratic policies reflected her values. If only everyone did their own research and not mindlessly believe what others say/they see online.

Was embarrassing to see people here at DU unaware that universal health care, fighting climate change, regulation and taxing corporations and the wealthy, economic equality, etc,, are classic Democratic goals (as anyone can see from the party platform), and embarrassing to still see Democrats constantly accused of being corrupt/bribed, both-sides style. When Kim Kardashian is clearly smarter than you, a person should really stop and think.
