Two Wisconsin mothers whose children had Covid-19 in September have sued their school districts, for “needlessly and recklessly endangering the health and safety” of their children and other students.

Both lawsuits accuse the school districts of creating a “snake pit” for students by not implementing Covid-19 safety measures recommended by health officials, such as indoor masking, at their schools this year.

The suits say the Falls Creek school district and school board and Waukesha school district and school board “are aware that by removing their Covid-19 mitigation measures they are needlessly and recklessly endangering the health and safety of their students”.

Gina Kildahl filed on Monday in Wisconsin’s western district court after her child, a Falls Creek district elementary school student, tested positive for Covid-19 in late September.

OMG! Even 11 yr olds - when my grandson visits I have him wear a mask but …. It’s all over his face and neck rarely in the right place. So I also go for good ventilation- windows & doors open. Luckily- I live out in the country.

4. You'd think that schools with masks

would be without Covid then right? Except that's not the case.

Even in schools with mask mandates...in areas with high vaccination rates...there are still Covid outbreaks.

Sounds like the guy with the brewery just wants to sue people.

He came out hard against Trump during the election, at the risk of his business. Which can be costly in the redneck North of Wisconsin.

He's a true blue advocate in my opinion

5. If I was there I would too, but also name the school board members

That did not support masks and mitigations.
