Does the 2nd Amendment protect some MAGAT who wants to buy an army of these?

Or does the Constitution protect us from that MAGAT?

I could capture it, cut up the gun with an angle grinder, ditch the proprietary electronics, paint the beast floral colors, and turn it into a good robotic dog.

Then I'd set it back on its owners to make love, not war.
