ITM, a couple days ago UA apparently started firing unvaccinated employees without exemptions.
I know nothing but doubt UA can fire those covered by the lawsuit and judicial hold. Can they send them home with pay?

(12,581 posts)Basically, the Union stepped in said they had to run through their paid leave first while they get convinced to get vaccinated, or finish both shots. Not that they could thumb their nose at the mandate and continue working
