I've no patience with the "conservative" Catholics.
I'm some kind of Social Justice Warrior Catholic heretic.
I probably enjoy the heretic part too much. Pride is a sin.
In my defense, and as I recall, I didn't choose the human community I was to be born into when I was an infant soul standing in line to be shipped out to earth. I might have landed anywhere.
Had I landed in some especially horrible place I'd probably be dead.
Some points in my later teens and young adulthood we're merely horrible, not especially horrible, and made more so by rotten religion, but I'm still here.
