Reddit posts stories of anti-vaxxers dying of Covid, scaring fence-sitters into getting the vaxx!

A Reddit channel called r/HermanCainAward is filled with stories of people who mocked Covid-19 vaccines before eventually dying from the disease.
Since the subreddit’s creation in September 2020, it’s expanded to more than 375,000 members, with the top posts garnering thousands of user interactions.
“It really hits home when you literally see yourself in these people,” said Sarah Ostrowski, who was convinced she should get vaccinated after spending time on the subreddit.

While some could attack them for gloating over the folks' logical demise....I think the greater good is convincing the fence sitters that they need to get vaccinated.

You can almost map the sequence of events from their arrogant denial to their demise:

1. Arrogant SM posts and shit tweets from denier about how taking the vaccine is tyranny and how Dr. Fauci and Liberals are trying to take away freedoms. These also include meme posts about tRump, stolen votes, or how Joe Biden is "ruining the country."

2. Angry SM posts and public exchanges between denier and family/friends about vaccine mandates and trying to equate not taking the vaccine as "my body, my choice" (attempting to co-opt the Pro Choice movement).

3. A single SM post from denier about going for a test, and thinking or saying its not Covid.

4. Post (or posts) on SM from denier or family member confirming person has Covid and has been admitted to hospital. Often posts says how bad it sucks.

5. Social Media update from family member about denier's declining condition, and requests for "prayer warriors".

6. Announcement of denier's death from Covid on SM, and request for donations to a Go Fund Me page. Many times, the family member's SM posting will state that even though their family member in denial is dead from Covid, they have no plans to get the vaccine.

7. Picture of the deceased denier (deniers often are wearing tRump gear and/or sporting goatees). The r/hermancainaward forum recently started requiring redaction of faces and names from posts unless the person in question is a public figure (e.g. Herman Cain) or someone in entertainment or media (like Dennis Prager).
