1. It should be the #1 issue. Nothing gets through Congress without the consent of the Donor class.

Number 2 should be regulating the media to eliminate harmful propaganda. Free speech is regulated already where it can cause harm. Nothing has been more harmful than the media lying on behalf of their advertisers (Donor class) to manipulate Americans.

I've been saying campaign finance reform is #1 since 2016. Voting Rights is important too. Campaign finance reform is easier to sell as only a narrow minority want to preserve it.
