It's simple as you say, it's repetitive, you can't miss the word 'VOTE', it's a bit rhythmic and almost a 'good-n-plenty, good-n-plenty' forward motion to it. And it's a positive message that cannot be attacked very well by the opposition, it's airtight, unassailable.

8. I'll Just Be Happy If Democrats

actually go to the polls or mail their ballots in being this is an off-year election. Dems never seem to consistently show up at the polls when it matters. That's one reason Republicans hold so many state legislatures. General democratic malaise when it comes to voting.
