COVID-19 killed 4 times as many Georgia cops as violence, accidents.

The deadliest threat facing law enforcement officers in Georgia isn’t being shot, stabbed or run over by assailants — it’s COVID-19.

Since the pandemic began, at least 58 Georgia police officers, deputies and jailers have died from the virus, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s review of death certificates and the Officer Down Memorial Page’s database. That vastly outnumbers other law enforcement deaths since 2020.

Officers and deputies are essential workers who often interact with the public, so they’re at a higher risk of catching COVID-19 or spreading it. Yet law enforcement agencies in Georgia and across the nation have wrestled with the decision of whether to require officers to be vaccinated, amid pushback from some officers.

Or weeding out the bad apples. One of the health officials the other day said nobody should be dying from this disease at this point.

I hope the people quitting their jobs and giving up their benefits are very happy with themselves. Their children don’t mind going with out so they can prove their republican loyalty. Maybe even losing their mother to serious disease because of it.Scared of a little needle? Can anybody figure this out?

something like a vaccine that could offer protection like the vest and the seat belt they wear to protect themselves.

Hopefully some day

This is really pretty definitive evidence for that.

I think what they really want is for people to "comply" with their orders, while they themselves are free from complying with any social rules or norms at all.
