(617 posts)Conspiracy to commit fraud against the government, to obstruct a lawful government function. Abuse of power, obstruction of justice. Fraud against the American people, and when you consider who is harmed by those actions, it is all of us. It isn't whether or not TFG can assert executive privilege, or who gets a subpoena, or whether the rhetoric pre jan 6 rose to the level of incitement as defined in a law book. Why does everyone just ignore the treason standing in plain site?

(3,856 posts)It's highly protected political speech. You are allowed to have and voice any political position you want to in this country. And that's a good thing... SMFH yet again.

(3,856 posts)I really can't believe some of the positions I'm hearing on what used to be a sacred liberal political position.
Provided you are not making specific threats, political speech comes with the strictest constitutional protections. There is absolutely no requirement to prove your accertions or provide evidence to back your claim.
I think a few of you need to contact your local ACLU.
