Fraud against the American people, and when you consider who is harmed by those actions, it is all of us. It isn't whether or not TFG can assert executive privilege, or who gets a subpoena, or whether the rhetoric pre jan 6 rose to the level of incitement as defined in a law book. Provided you are not making specific threats, political speech comes with the strictest constitutional protections. There is absolutely no requirement to prove your accertions or provide evidence to back your claim.
