making alliances with far-right figuresWearing his signature crown of gleaming bullets and with a gold AR-15 often strapped to his chest, the 42-year-old Pastor Sean Moon is a bizarre religious leader.
Sean Moon is the founder of the Pennsylvania-based The World Peace and Unification Sanctuary Church, also known as the Rod of Iron Ministries.
He is the son of Reverend Sun Myung Moon, the self-proclaimed Messiah who founded the controversial Unification Church, widely described as a cult. (Its followers are the so-called Moonies.)
On October 9, Moon took to the stage at his church's annual "Freedom Festival," which brought together a medley of far-right figures and gun enthusiasts at the Kahr Arms headquarters in Greeley, Pennsylvania.
During his keynote speech, Moon warned the crowd, in a video seen by Insider, that a coalition of far-right bogeymen, including big tech companies, George Soros and Bill Gates, aimed to "utterly kill America and eradicate freedom from the face of the earth."

(23,973 posts)...is probably something that no one over the age of 12 should be doing, unless you are in a theater group.
A contemporary version of Thoreau's, "Beware of any endeavor that requires new clothes." Beware of any endeavor that requires you to dress up like in something that makes you look like a jackass. Those rose colored robes and crowns look soooooo ridiculous.

However I sometimes wear a brass band circlet on my head with a lions head welded to the center of it. It was given to me, and I like it a lot. I have a horus hawk one and a leather snake one I made. I just like cool looking and creatively done crowns. I'm a fan of all kinds of nifty headwear and not scared to wear it..
Goths, punks and metal fans wear costume elements as normal dress. Its the nature of thier subcultures. I consider those cultures the exception to that 12 year old rule.
Those moonies crowns are mass produced cheapass
junk metal costume grade crowns with glass rhinestones in them. Like what king of the prom would wear. They aren't anything custom or unique. Not creative or tasteful.
Just makes thier cult look stupid and cheap.
