Thank you, DU!
My fundraiser is now deleted and I wanted to make DU a special thank you thread. I was initially hesitant to start a GoFundMe, but being here so long, I thought it would go fine. And DU’s generosity surpassed all my expectations! I created the GoFundMe out of a deep love for my mom. She now doesn’t have as much financial stress to add to her other worries. I reached my goal and then some just from posting the fundraiser here - another amazing feat! My mom and I are extremely grateful for DU’s help. I donated a little to a separate GoFundMe because I wanted to return the favor.
So here’s a big toast to DU!! 
Let’s talk about the amazing place it is.

For many of us, DU is home.
I think many of us, if not most, have been caught by circumstances that set us back.
And then DU helps us recover.
I couldn’t imagine being without it.
I’m happy she’s feeling less stressed.
