They told me right away they were recording the call, so it seemed fair.

In a call center, operaters are not allowed to agree to be recorded, even tho

If they can record the call simply by stating that they are doing so, then so can we. Some states don't require notification, but most do.

their disclaimer warns of recording "for quality and training" purposes. So be sure to say it's for Quality and Training. Yours. Hahahahaa.
