I was actually wondering where he trained. Isn't training required to make that claim?
I am certified in First Aid with Red Cross training - mind you I probably need a refresher course.

And in some fireman cadet program thingy. I imagine there are certifications required for at least the lifeguard thing, but that's an assumption on my part.

What he did was lie about being an EMT at the protest. Not a crime or anything. But he was advertising himself as something he was not at the time. But he did have some first aid training.
