and I don't know about libel, but I do know that "murder" is a legal term, and he was acquitted, so legally he isn't a murderer.

....on the specific facts and circumstances, but it's highly unlikely that simply referring to him as a murderer would give rise to a viable cause of action.

Will KR file suit is the question? Its probably a better PR move to try to get his name out of the news cycle as quickly and quietly as possible. KR will now sue a lot of people first. Its a payday for him now.
