Has anyone, especially Republicans ever provided the data to support their claim? Size should never be an absolute number pushed out there as they do when they say that a project, regulation or taxes will cost X billions of dollars. When the actual cost per person is substantially much less and that cost should be used instead of a grand total of everybody.
