Question? Jan 6 Trump

It was just announced that Trump has a PowerPoint on to end Democracy by declaring a National Emergency and having Pence declaring him the winner. With all that is coming forth and possible bad news for Trump. Could US Congress levie additional charges upon Trump, along with impeachment, so he could be barred from Public Service for life?
