They said it's here too. They also said it's not much different than Omicron.

While it's different than the BA.1 lineage, it's still a sister lineage and still Omicron. It just holds some mutations not seen in it's big sister. One of which makes it more contagious which is why it's becoming the more common lineage in places where it's emerged.
