If someone was walking around with a sign that had the "N" word on it there would be repercussions.

The Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that laws against "hate speech" are unconstitutional due to the First Amendment. So your hypothetical person walking around with a sign that had the N-word on it would probably face repercussions in the form of an ass-whooping, but couldn't be charged with a crime. I suppose a DA might try to charge that hypothetical person with something like disorderly conduct, but it wouldn't go anywhere.

Damn. A felony conviction would probably mean he could not own a gun.

“Folder titled ‘White’s Only Material’,” “Race Evolution and Behavior Book,” “German eagle with Swastika” and “‘colored’ placard,’” as well as “two VCR tapes with Hitler photos.”

CNN reported that 'Virginia court records show that Packer has a criminal history that includes three convictions for driving under the influence and a felony conviction for forging public records. In 2016, he was charged for allegedly trespassing, though that case was dismissed." He's a real sweetheart.

I wish it was illegal to be a Nazi and he could be jailed just for that.
