Sharpied numbers on the arms indicate an active bout or scrimmage. They wouldn't have them on their arms in any other situation but that.
This is likely either a staged shot or a league that just doesn't give a shit. Our league has played against many of those 
. I'm thinking staged, because on second glance, they also have no team logo, interleague or travel, on their shirts. Might be a B/W scrimmage too.

On a lighter note, it would be kind of funny if her derby team was sponsored by the Olive Garden.
Right here on DU, we've had a couple of threads the last week or so where people are still equating breastfeeding in public to urinating (or defecating) in public. There are many progressives that think it should all be covered up (the horror of the boob or milk, I'm not sure which offends more) or done in private (including my own mother, who I basically said could leave if she couldn't get used to my baby eating).
Regarding your lighter note:
