Finally found why Putin wants to have all the Ukraine.
Ukraine has enormous oil and gas fields,one by Crimea is ginormous, but Zelenskyy lacks resources to adequately tap them.
Plus, Crimea gets its water from Ukraine river,and when Putin invaded, Zelenskyy damned up the river to Crimea.
Russia gets half its money from selling gas and oil, Ukraine could become a huge seller if it were developed.
Now the big oil companies have pulled out, and Nordstream pipeline has been blocked.
Obviously the oil companies are anxious to help Zelenskyy make boatloads of money for his country. And he IS a rich business man,after all.
Lots of reasons given for the invasion,but nothing clicks like fuel and water wars.
