(15,276 posts)McCormick was at least born and raised in PA and his family still lives here. It's easy to tell McCormick just embraced Trumpism for the primary. Otherwise, he's a garden variety R of less regulation, lower taxes, etc.
His wife is Dina Powell who was part of Trump's NSC before she resigned and left his administration. I saw a late campaign ad featuring her except she introducted herself as Dina McCormick trying to hide the fact that she wasn't exactly a Trump true believer.

He just needs to get the Trump endorsement... after Trump trashed him in the primary.
