(43,058 posts)They're not saying how many wounded. "Multiple" people shot.
When I first saw the story, said 2 wounded, in Goshen County:

According to this link, 25 shooting incidents so far today, leaving 11 dead across the country, and many more wounded:

(9,998 posts)But by all means, don't be surprised or shocked.
These mass shootings are going to happen on the regular, every single day, FOREVER, in America.
There's really no point in even covering them anymore.
I have noticed that the experts who are inevitably called to appear on stations like CNN or MSNBC, are finally being honest in saying that NOTHING is going to change. I don't see them adding much to the discussion, since now they just give their little suggestions about what should or could be done, ending with, "But There Is No Chance Of Anything Being Done"

(7,808 posts)Perhaps it would better to have a day with no mass shootings. Kind of like those safety posters in the breakroom at work " ___ days since last workplace accident." Lately, that number has been stuck at zero.
