The Cops in That Texas Town Didn't Have a Clue. Neither did the School Board. They were sure this

wouldn't or couldn't happen there. But some people at that school had a clue: Shootings can happen anywhere!
and........the Chicago Public Schools had a clue, because each school was budgeted for high impact security.

...In the last few years, I visited a Chicago Public School. (as a judge in some student presentations. Yes, I was asked to be a judge by one of the teachers. The school was all set up to frisk all employees and students.

They went through metal detectors., and were frisked. This was a few years ago. I guess Texas schools didn't plan a
thing. Why? The school board was sure that it wouldn't happen there.!!!.. ..................

Especially incompetence and negligence. Another Fantasy land that promises big on Freedom, but won't spend a penny to protect people.
